Scope of Application</h2><div class="section-content"><p>These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all services provided by <strong>AllYouCanGET – Sinn Consulting</strong> (hereinafter “the Company”) to its clients, whether private individuals or businesses. By commissioning the Company, the client accepts these GTC in full.</p></div></div></div><div class="section"><div class="section-container container"><h2>2. Services</h2><div class="section-content"><p>The Company provides services in the areas of <strong>business consulting, creative development, digital marketing, coaching, and technical services</strong>. The specific scope, content, and objectives of a service are agreed upon individually in writing or electronically.</p></div></div></div><div class="section"><div class="section-container container"><h2>3. Offers and Agreements</h2><div class="section-content"><p>All offers are non-binding until confirmed by the Company in writing. Agreements, changes, or additional services are valid only with written confirmation.</p></div></div></div><div class="section"><div class="section-container container"><h2>4. Prices and Payment Terms</h2><div class="section-content"><p>Unless otherwise agreed, prices are stated in Swiss francs (CHF) and exclude VAT (if applicable). Invoices are issued after completion of the agreed service and are payable within <strong>30 days</strong> from the invoice date without deductions. In case of late payment, the Company reserves the right to charge reminder fees and default interest.</p></div></div></div><div class="section"><div class="section-container container"><h2>5. Cancellations and Refunds</h2><div class="section-content"><p>Cancellations by the client must be made in writing. - <strong>Up to 7 days before the service date:</strong> partial refund (50%) of the agreed amount. - <strong>Less than 7 days before the service date:</strong> no refund possible. The Company reserves the right to cancel or postpone services for important reasons (e.g. illness, unforeseen events), in which case a new date will be arranged or any payments already made will be refunded.</p></div></div></div><div class="section"><div class="section-container container"><h2>6. Liability</h2><div class="section-content"><p>The Company is liable only for <strong>intentional or grossly negligent actions</strong>. Liability for slight negligence, indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or data loss is excluded. The client remains responsible for the decisions and results derived from the consulting services.</p></div></div></div><div class="section"><div class="section-container container"><h2>7. Intellectual Property</h2><div class="section-content"><p>All materials, concepts, designs, and documentation created by the Company remain the property of the Company until full payment has been received. Unless otherwise agreed, the Company retains all copyrights and usage rights to its materials, which may not be copied, shared, or used for other purposes without prior written consent.</p></div></div></div><div class="section"><div class="section-container container"><h2>8. Confidentiality</h2><div class="section-content"><p>The Company treats all information and data provided by clients as <strong>strictly confidential</strong>. This obligation continues after the business relationship ends. The client likewise undertakes to maintain confidentiality regarding all information obtained about the Company.</p></div></div></div><div class="section"><div class="section-container container"><h2>9. Data Protection</h2><div class="section-content"><p>Personal data is collected and processed solely for the purpose of providing and managing services. Data is not shared with third parties without consent, except where legally required.</p></div></div></div><div class="section"><div class="section-container container"><h2>10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction</h2><div class="section-content"><p>These GTC and all contractual relationships between the Company and the client are governed exclusively by <strong>Swiss law</strong>.
